Why do we worry

Just as we eat or drink, perform our daily activities, we worry about things happenning  in our life. It becomes part of our daily life. Even a small baby has his own concerns. He worries about milk! He keeps looking at the door expectantly. You can judge it from his body language.
According to a Dictionary, the word 'worry'  means to torment oneself with thoughts which are normally not worth consideration.
What is worry, how it affects our actions, our thoughts and how it  affects our life. We worry about anything, whether relevant  or irrelevant. Most of the time there is no cause to worry. Worrying actually leads nowhere. It only results in  converting you into a restless person.People generally worry about (i)  business  and money matters, (ii)  health (iii) family  (general inconsequential things). Just sample a person who keeps worrying non stop.
1. Early morning he will start worrying why milk  man has not come.
2.His next worry----children will be late for school.
3. He will keep worrying if he reaches late, what reply he will give to the boss and what notes he will be required to make.
There is no end to  the objects on which a person can worry about. These people are always at war with themselves. We must organise  our life so that there is no scope for worrying.
A person who is always worrying becomes very unpleasant. Worrying is the only thing which cannot bring positive results.
Cultivate habits which keep you busy. Don't  discuss finance problems with outsiders. Participate in  activities which keep you mentally  occupied. If we are mentally and physically alert. we will have time for performing something positive

  3. I try hard to go with the flow rather than worry about things. It's more simpler that way :)
